A specially formulated grass seed blend designed for repairing bare patches and re-seeding horse and pony paddocks. This mix establishes quickly to create a dense, hard-wearing sward, helping paddocks recover faster and stay in better condition throughout the grazing season.

The blend contains Timothy, Meadow Grass, Fescues and Ryegrass, providing steady growth, durability under hoof traffic, and reliable ground cover.

Sowing Guide
Grass seed can be sown from March to September/October in moist, frost-free conditions. For best results, keep horses off the area for 2–3 weeks after sowing. Once grass is established, apply Suregrow Horse & Pony Paddock Fertiliser to encourage strong, healthy growth.

Sowing Rates

• Reseeding: 15kg per acre into a fine tilth seedbed, lightly harrowed and rolled

• Patching: 10g (approx. 2 tablespoons) per square metre when applied by hand
